The Doors led by poet Jim Morrison stormed the music scene in the late 60′s with their cryptic lyrics, uncommon music, and stage persona. The Doors have sold over 32 million albums despite their mere 8 years as recording artist. Jim Morrison was found dead in Paris in 1971. Today, they enjoy a huge cult following with mainstream accessibility. Some consider the Doors as one of the most important and influential American rock n roll bands of all time.
