To put it simply, Flogging Molly is a seven-piece Irish American Celtic punk band. Here is the HD music video to go along with the song “Drunken Lullabies.” The most important thing about Irish music is that it goes along well with Guinness and whiskey (and not that stuff made in Scotland or Kentucky). Flogging Molly is true to that form. Go ahead and pour up a black and tan and enjoy yourself as you watch this video.
One thing I found interesting about Flogging Molly is the tid bit about their singer, Dave King. Apparently, Dave was the singer in the heavy metal group Fastway in the 80′s. Its hard for me to wrap my mind around that, but it’s true. Long live Flogging Molly.
