Back to the rock… Saxon, one of the most important bands of the NWOBHM movement, performs one of their most popular songs, “The Eagle Has Landed” live in high definition. This music video appears to be made by fans, but with exceptional quality.

Saxon came rocking on to the heavy metal scene in the late 70′s and picked up steam through the early 80′s. They have been hugely popular in Europe with modest popularity it the US. They continue to make records and tour like the early days of the band. They continue to make well recieved records.
