“Amaranth” from the Finnish power metal band Nightwish, here in full 720p high definition. The music video is simply amazingly beautiful. It looks as though it could have been directed by Peter Jackson of Lord of the Rings fame. The video is based on the Hugo Simberg painting called “The Wounded Angle.”
Released in 2007 as a single from the album Dark Passion Play, it charted high in many countries and was highly antipated by their fans and gained them many new fans in the months after.
