HD live performance from the Heaven and Hell era of Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio featuring the song “NIB”.
With the release of the new album The Devil You Know from Heaven and Hell coming up (see a review of Heaven and Hell – The Devel You Know), we dug up some old video upconverted to HD of Ronnie James Dio fronting Black Sabbath in 1980 for the first Heaven and Hell tour. While “NIB” is from the Ozzy Osbourne era, Dio puts on a masterful performance and takes ownership of the song. Personally, this is one of my favorite Black Sabbath songs with Ozzy or Dio.
