David Coverdale and Whitesnake are looking for victims again with the release of the music video for “Love Will Set You Free” from the upcoming album release, Forevermore. Forevermore is slated for release at the end of March and promises to be a return of the classic Whitesnake sound that gave them a place in rock history. Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach handle the guitar duties on the album. Michael Devin and Brian Tichy take care of the bottom end on bass and drums respectively.

Tom Gabriel Fischer (AKA Tom Warrior) continues the legacy of one of the most important heavy metal bands, Celtic Frost, with the current incarnation called Triptykon. This music video comes from the EP Shatter and demonstrates Fischer’s vision of dark fantasy as much as his Celtic Frost work does. A student and personal friend of renowned surrealist artist HR Giger, Fischer and Triptykon share a similar vision and artistic goal. Dark and scary.

This new song features the new lead vocalist, Kory Clarke (formerly Warrior Soul), who joined the band shortly after original singer and co-founder, Eric Wagner, left the band. Trouble is considered to be a godfather of doom mental forming in 1979. The band emerged into the mainstream in 1990 after signing to Def American and releasing the self titled, Rick Rubin produced major label debut. A little psychedelic, a little philosophical, and whole lot heavy, Trouble can make your heavy metal dreams come true.

Here it is: From one of the most enduring and popular heavy metal bands of all time, the latest video from the upcoming Iron Maiden album, The Final Frontier. Iron Maiden has been very busy the last few years with their unprecedented tour of the world, Somewhere Back in Time, and the full length rock documentary, Flight 666.

The video was produced by award-winning production company Darkside Animation Films. Darkside’s creative team includes animators who’ve created effects for feature films including ‘Lost in Space’, ‘Gladiator’ and ‘Black Hawk Down’. The script was written by the director of BBC Radio’s ‘Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy’, and the live action was co-ordinated and directed by Nick Scott Studios.

Everyone remembers the Ozzy fronted Black Sabbath. There are quite a few that think that the Ronnie James Dio version of Black Sabbath was the most memorable. Few give this version of Black Sabbath lead by Tony Martin and Tony Iommi any credence at all. I’m one of those that thinks there were a few albums with Tony Martin that deserve more attention than they get. Martin has a strong voice, his lyrics are as good as you can ask for in heavy metal.
